Welcome to Panthera Terra 4! This lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is a brand new build on a fabulous site virtually opposite the world famous "Lone Star" restaurant. Designed to make most of the trade wind breezes coming in from the ocean which is about 150m away, this ground floor apartment sleeps two in comfort with a queen size bed. The living area consists of a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living area and there is also a covered veranda for sitting out if you desire. With all the modern conveniences including an air-conditioned in bedroom, streaming tv for your viewing pleasure in the living area and wi-fi throughout, you may not want to leave the apartment. However, we suspect that you may be seduced by the beach opposite at some point as many people have to commute to Alleynes Bay but it sits on your doorstep when you stay here! Additionally, there are also two beach bars, Fairmont Royal Pavilion and, last but not least, the renowned Lonestar Restaurant which means you won't be short of dining options. Beach towels are complimentary and beach chairs are also provided to take to the beach or you can hire some when you get there. If, by chance, you want to stay in, there is a lovely barbeque grill for your use and pleasure also. Arrangements can be made for all types of activities in advance of your visit so you can switch off and relax from the moment you arrive. In addition, arrangements for airport transfers and groceries can be made, as well.
