Ron has an intimate knowledge of the local property market, having worked in the Barbados Real Estate Industry for over 40 years.

"Bajan" born and raised, Jessica has spent most of her life in Barbados, attending primary and secondary school locally before heading to Canada to study International Business. Upon finishing school, Jessica started her first Real Estate job in Administration which is where most of her knowledge and confidence were gained before realising her true passion for the sales and rentals side of things. Her love for people and "people pleasing" shows in her daily duties and tasks, going above and beyond for each client.

Ruth has been working in the Barbados real estate field for many years and has joined us to lend her extensive knowledge, expertise and dedication to assist you in realizing your Barbados dream property.

Jessica has several years working in the Barbados real estate market where her local knowledge and vibrant personality make her a strong agent to assist with your real estate needs.

Natalie has many years in management and administration, bringing her property knowledge to assist with all our listing needs.

Having acquired a bachelor's degree in tourism management, Toniya is our Administrative Co-ordinator and is the first person who will greet you with a friendly smile when you enter our office.

Terry is our Office Coordinator and Personal Assistant to Ron Karp.  As Office Coordinator, Terry manages the day-to-day operations and the implementation of new policies and procedures to keep the inner workings at the office flowing efficiently.

Having been around the Real Estate business from a very young age, Jonathan developed a passion for the field and always looks for an opportunity to discuss different areas of the market.  While his current duties include researching, implementing and maintaining the digital technology utilized by Ron Karp Realty, Jonathan still keeps his hand in the agent side of the business, allowing him to use his knowledge to assist the agents with providing better service to their clients.
