Welcome to Apt C, 10 Golf Club! This comfortable 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment is located in an area called Rockley on the South Coast of the Island and is within walking distance to Supermarkets, Restaurants, bars and some of the best Beaches on the Island, including the famous Accra Beach and South Coast Boardwalk.

This apartment is one of three self contained units on the compound which is fully enclosed. There is also a shared pool by the main house with loungers so you can get that much needed rest and relaxation. The pool is available for use between 6am and 6pm Monday to Sunday -- we just ask that you be mindful of the other guests that may be on property with you. You can also lounge in the garden under the shade of one of the mature coconut trees -- ask the gardener about the ripe coconuts for those of you who like the taste of coconut water or coconut jelly. If you see any dry coconuts on the ground don't be afraid to break one open and use their meaty flesh to add to your meals and create some awesome dishes. The grounds are landscaped with high hedges and flowering plants and shrubs.

This nicely decorated apartment is fully furnished and includes all the basic amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, cable tv, Wi-Fi, and a washer. The living room/ dining room area also has an AC unit however the only bedroom equipped with an AC unit is the Master. There are fans throughout to keep you cool on a hot summer day. For those of you who want to venture out, a bus stop to access the public transportation in the form of a ZR van is right in front of the property or you can walk about 5 mins to another bus stop on the main South Coast road and access the yellow mini vans or blue Government buses which can take you either to Bridgetown, Speightstown or Oistins. The property is also 2 minutes walk to Rockley Golf Course for any avid golfers.

The rental rate is $200US/ night in Winter season and $150US/ Night in Summer season, inclusive of utilities and pool service. There is a minimum stay of 1 week. It is also available for midterm rentals and the monthly rate is $3500BDS per month.
