Nestled within the lush, tropical gardens of Golden Acre development, Phase 2 has just been launched with prices starting at US$580K and will comprise two single level townhouses and three tri-level townhouses. One of the townhouses has been reserved and construction will start as soon as another unit has been reserved (in either Townhouse). It is estimated that construction will take approximately 14 months to complete.

Townhouse A is made up of two (2) 2-bedroom single-level townhouses comprising approximately 1,363 sq.ft of living space each featuring open plan concept living areas opening to the courtyard with plunge pool, a fully equipped kitchen, powder room, and a laundry room fitted with stacked washer & dryer. The two roomy en suite bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature built-in closets. The enclosed garden courtyard and plunge pool can also be accessed from the master suite and the hallway.

At this pre-construction stage options for air-conditioning in the living area and a photovoltaic system are available. There will be Underground rainwater and potable water storage tanks as well as Intrusion Detection Security Systems for each unit.
All residents and guests will have access to the communal pool. Two parking spaces are available for each unit.

Furniture packages will be available upon request.
Plunge pool is an optional upgrade.

The purchasing process is simple – a 10% deposit is required on exchange of contracts after which payments will be in stages over the construction period.

Golden Acre development is a short stroll from the famous Lonestar Beach Restaurant where there is a beautiful beach and great swimming. A mix of casual and fine dining restaurants are located nearby and historic Holetown with its wide array of amenities is less than 10 mins drive away.
