Wotton Warehouse Building 1, is projected for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025 and is ideally situated along the busy ABC Highway, offering effortless access to the Grantley Adams International Airport and the numerous amenities on the South Coast of the Island. The compound will ultimately house three warehouses, totaling over 36,000 square feet, alongside an office building.
Building 1 which spans 3,002sq. ft and has been thoughtfully designed with flexibility in mind, clients can customize their spaces to suit specific requirements, whether they need larger or smaller configurations, or the option for a mezzanine floor that can encompass half of the total bay size. The bay is equipped with 12’ wide by 10’ tall roller shutter doors, providing ease of access for logistics and operations.
Rental rates are competitively priced at $2.00 per square foot plus VAT, and interested parties can secure their space by entering into a reservation agreement. Tenants will be responsible for utilities and water.
